1. This Return & Refund Policy shall only be applicable for purchases made in UPA Press Sdn Bhd online only.
  2. All purchases made in UPA Press Sdn Bhd Online are not allowed to be returned/refunded/exchanged.
  3. Change of mind does not apply to return or refund. In most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. No cancellation allowed once the orders are paid.
  4. Notify our Customer Service team via email : marketing@upa.com.my within TWO (2) days including weekends & Public Holidays from the date of receiving the goods to report on damaged products with your order details, description together with photos of your damaged product. Customer Service Team will review each application and do allow up to SEVEN (7) working days for your inquiry to be processed.
  5. Replacement of products can be arranged under the following reasons:
    1. If the product has been delivered in faulty, damaged or defective condition; or
    2. If the product is different from the Order delivered
  6. Products for return or exchange shall be returned in its original condition with quantity and packaging as it first delivered to Customer Service Team at head office (UPA Press Sdn Bhd, Lot 8228, Batu 6 ½, Jalan Kuchai Lama, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) together with proof of purchase.
  7. UPA Press Sdn Bhd reserve the rights to replace with a new item of the original receipt or refund via the original mode of payment, subject to case to case review.
  8. All refund will be made via the online transfer payment within THIRTY (30) working days UPA Press Sdn Bhd shall not be liable to any loss, damage, cost or expenses that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in refund processing.
